The Platform will ensure that all User Data received from the User, including but not limited to storage, processing, deletion, or purging, is handled in accordance with this Clause.
The storage, usage, and transmission of information obtained from the User by the Platform will always comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, along with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and all other Applicable Laws.

The Platform will implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to:

• Prevent unauthorized or unlawful processing of any User data or Confidential Information.
• Protect User data and Confidential Information against accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
• Ensure the reliability of its employees who have access to User data or Confidential Information.
• Use all User data only for purposes directly related to providing Services under this Agreement or as permitted by Applicable Laws.
• Store User data in highly secured data servers and conduct all necessary data compliances accordingly.
• Not transfer any User data outside of India and store the data within the territory of the Republic of India.

User Data deletion, purging, and processing by the Platform:

• Upon termination of this Agreement or deletion/suspension of the User’s account, the Platform will promptly delete or purge all User Data within a reasonable time.
• The Platform will destroy any analyses, compilations, notes, or documents derived from User Data to the extent that they contain, reflect, or derive from such data.
